Terms of service
Effective October 14, 2026.
These terms cover your use of whojustraised.com (the "site"), the weekly email, and the paid Pro plan. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].
What we provide
Who Just Raised republishes and organises information from public filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and in some cases a company's own website. We work to keep it accurate, but filings are self-reported, and our processing can introduce errors. Everything is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Nothing on the site or in our emails is investment, legal or financial advice, or an offer to buy or sell securities.
Pro subscriptions
- Pro costs $49 per month or $490 per year; Pro Plus costs $99 per month or $990 per year. Prices are plus any applicable sales tax, billed in advance and renewing each month or year (whichever you chose) until you cancel. Payments, tax and receipts are handled by Stripe. "Pro" in these terms includes Pro Plus.
- You can cancel at any time on Stripe's billing page, from the link in your receipt, or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
- We may change the price. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before a change applies to them.
How you may use the data
You may use the site and Pro files for your own business: research, prospecting, recruiting and similar work, including inside your own team's tools. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the Pro files, or use them to build a competing data product.
Our files name people: the executives, directors and promoters a company reported to the SEC. You may use those names to contact the company about your own business. You may not add them to a database, list or product that you sell, share or publish, and you may not use them to build or enrich a contact database for anyone else. If someone named asks us to remove them (anyone can), they come out of our files, and you should not keep using a copy we have taken down.
If you contact companies you find here, you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam and privacy laws.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, get around access controls, or scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others. Public pages may be linked to and quoted with attribution.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects Pro subscribers, we will email them before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
