Who Just Raised Pro

Reach companies the morning after they raise — and know who to ask for.

Every new private raise filed with the SEC, filtered to your territory and emailed each weekday, with the context that tells you which ones matter: a first round or a fifth, still raising or fully sold, announced or quiet. Every one comes with the company's phone number and the executives it named in the filing, so the list you get is a list you can work.

Questions

Where does the data come from? Form D notices that companies file with the SEC when they sell stock or notes privately, usually within 15 days of the first sale. We read every one each weekday morning, remove investment funds and SPV vehicles, and add the company's website, filing history and whether the raise made the news.

What is a "First Form D"? The SEC keeps every company's filing history. When a raise is the company's first new Form D ever, it is usually its first priced outside round: early, often unannounced, and usually before it has hired a team for anything.

Do you sell contact details? No. Pro contains company-level data only. See the terms and refund policy.

The Monday report, picked for your job

Choose an edition and your Monday email adds the week's raises ranked for the way you work, each with the reason it made the list.

Sales and business developmentFresh budgets, ranked for outreach: a known website, a first outside round, open roles and a deal size that buys software and services.
Recruiting and talentCompanies hiring right now, then the biggest first-time raises: a first round usually means the first real hiring plan.
Angel and syndicate investorsRounds still open at filing. Rule 506(c) rounds come first: those companies may advertise to accredited investors.
Lawyers, accountants and advisersFirst-ever Form D filers incorporated in the last two years: young companies that usually need legal, tax and finance help next.
Banks, lenders and venture debtEquity rounds that have just closed: the cash is landing somewhere, and a priced round is the point where debt starts to cost less than more equity.
Insurance and employee benefitsYoung companies that just raised and are adding people: the point where a first benefits plan, D&O cover and cyber cover get bought.
Marketing, PR and agenciesFirst-ever rounds at companies that already have a website: launch budgets, usually before an agency has been chosen.
Commercial real estateWhere companies raised this week, and the bigger raises that often come with new space.
